Prior to inception of Consulting and Design Engineering / Tower Specialist Division (CDE/TSD), Tower Specialist has existed who later formed a joint venture with Consulting & Design Engineering. Due to highly professional and technical capability of Tower Specialist and based on serious feasibility study on the heavy demand for telecommunication towers and general steel structures fabrication in the market, CDE owners in partnership with new potential investors have decided to establish a new manufacturing company called Tower Specialist Manufacturing Company (TOSMAC) to cater the fast growing telecommunication expansion projects in the kingdom.
